Where these roles live.
The typical environments where these roles sit — useful framing if you're scoping a new brief.
Most SAP roles we recruit for sit inside large enterprise transformation programmes — S/4HANA brownfield migrations, ECC modernisation, multi-system integration, and Datasphere rollouts across retail, logistics, and finance. Clients range from global retailers running 20-year ECC estates to scale-ups standing up their first SAP environment. We screen for genuine module depth, not just SAP-on-resume.
How we approach it.
Why SAP placements need a different approach from generic tech recruitment.
- Technical depth, screened early
- We know the difference between SAP MM and SAP EWM and won't shortlist a master-data MM consultant when you asked for someone who's run an S/4HANA cutover.
- Boolean + network = days, not weeks
- Four years of LinkedIn Recruiter on SAP-specific Boolean strings, plus an active network across DACH, IL, and the CIS. Shortlists land days after the brief.
- Through to onboarding
- SAP placements have long ramp-up. We stay involved through offer negotiation, notice periods, and the first 30 days so handover doesn't collapse.

Common questions.
Common questions about SAP placements. If yours isn't here, ask directly.
Do you only recruit SAP consultants, or also developers?
Both. Functional consultants (MM, SD, EWM, PM, QM, Retail) and technical roles (ABAP, Basis, HANA modeling). Roughly 60% functional, 40% technical across the last two years of placements.
Can you support S/4HANA brownfield migrations specifically?
Yes — it's one of the most common contexts we recruit for. We understand the difference between greenfield, brownfield, and selective data migration approaches, and screen candidates accordingly.
What seniority levels do you typically place?
Mid through Principal. We rarely take junior briefs — boutique pipelines aren't the right fit for entry-level volume hiring. Senior and Lead are the sweet spot.
Do you handle contractor and permanent equally?
Permanent is the default, but we've placed contract roles for transformation programmes with defined endpoints. Retainer or contingency, both work; we discuss commercials per mandate.
Which regions do you cover for SAP?
Strongest pipelines: Romania, DACH, Israel, Poland, Brazil. Active in Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, India, and Georgia. If a candidate exists, our Boolean network can usually find them; time zone overlap drives interview logistics more than borders do.
