Why this exists.

The short version. Longer conversations happen on the discovery call.

I've spent four years in international IT recruitment — first at Cognizant Softvision, then at Logica-IT. Volume agencies taught me one thing well: how the "send thirty CVs and hope" model consistently fails the work that matters most — niche SAP placements, senior cloud engineers, security specialists where wrong fit costs the client a quarter.

Based in Iași, working hours overlap comfortably with DACH, the UK, the Nordics, Israel, and most of Asia. Brazil mornings are my late afternoons.
