About the role
A Tel Aviv fintech is building out their platform engineering function. We're looking for a lead engineer to own the Kubernetes platform and the supporting infrastructure-as-code stack.
What you'll do
- Lead Kubernetes platform architecture decisions
- Design and implement Terraform modules for AKS clusters
- Establish GitOps practices (ArgoCD)
- Mentor mid-level platform engineers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years Kubernetes in production at scale
- Strong Terraform / IaC discipline
- Experience leading platform teams or platform initiatives
- English fluent

- On-site in Tel Aviv (4 days/week minimum)
- Strong compensation in Israeli fintech band
